2. What Data We Collect

• Full name
• Mobile number
• Current profession/platform (e.g., Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, Zepto, Zomato, Rapido, Others)
• City/Town
• Technical data via Google Analytics (device type, approximate location, pages visited) — see Section 8

We collect only what you voluntarily enter in our form. We do not collect OTPs, passwords, bank details, or documents through this webpage.

3. Why We Collect (Purpose)

• To evaluate your interest in working with us as a delivery partner
• To contact you on WhatsApp or by phone call regarding onboarding
• To understand demand city-wise so we can plan operations

4. Legal Basis & Consent

We collect and use your data based on your explicit consent, given by you when you tick the consent checkbox and submit the form. You may withdraw this consent at any time (Section 7).

5. How Long We Keep Your Data (Retention)

Your data is retained for a maximum of 24 months from the date of submission. If you are not onboarded within this period, your data is securely deleted. If you are onboarded, data is retained as required for employment/engagement records and applicable law.

6. How We Protect & Share Your Data

• Data is stored in a private, access-controlled Google Sheets database accessible only to authorized personnel of Udhsri Technologies.
• All communication happens over HTTPS (encrypted connection).
• We never sell, rent, or trade your personal data.
• Data is shared only with: (a) service providers strictly necessary to operate (e.g., Google — hosting/sheets/analytics), and (b) authorities where required by law.

7. Your Rights

Under the DPDP Act, you may:

• Request a copy of your data
• Request correction or completion of your data
• Withdraw consent and request erasure of your data
• Raise a grievance regarding processing of your data

8. Cookies & Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate traffic (e.g., which cities visits come from). This may use cookies/device identifiers. This data is used only in aggregate for improving our outreach and does not include the form data you submit.

9. Children's Data

Our services are intended only for individuals aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we learn a submitter is under 18, we will delete their data.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
